I've been putting off writing this because I just don't know how to put into words how you changed our life. I knew sleep deprivation was affecting us but didn't expect for our lives to be back to normal in just 2 nights! This dark cloud had been lifted and I just truly feel like myself again. More importantly Molly is getting the restorative, developmentally appropriate amount of sleep she needs to grow! I was 100% skeptical about hiring a stranger who's not a doctor and doesn't know my child but I had nothing to lose. Then when I saw your sleep plan and doubted myself again, this seems too good to be true. Again, what did I have to lose? Well, I lost nothing and gained everything. The whole family now gets a full night's rest every night!
All the anxiety worry and depression from stressing over this for 7 months was gone! I'm not resenting my child or spouse. I don't think I'm a terrible mother and failing my child. Around 9 months old my son began to fight naps, standing up in the crib and crying until my husband or I would rock him to sleep. It would take 15 minutes to put him down every time. Catherine reached out to me after a sleepless night post on Facebook asking how my 2-month-old and I were doing / sleeping. After informing her that my daughter was not sleeping well at night or during the day, which in turn meant I was never sleeping. Catherine advised my daughter should be sleeping for 2 hours and up for only an 1.5 during the day which should help with sleeping through the night. Catherine was a very huge help in allowing our family to get solid sleep through the night. Our 10 month-old is a good napper, but has been consistently waking multiple times through the night. Catherine gave us great advice about our bedtime routine, taught us about levels of sleep, and gave us the support and encouragement we needed to get our baby sleeping through the night. In just four nights, we went from waking 2 or 3 times a night to sleeping soundly from 7 pm-7 am! Don't keep putting off getting good rest for everyone when it can be so simple to make just a few adjustments!

Baby Bear Sleep consulting was great. Our 18 month old would get up multiple times a night and come into our room wanting to cuddle or us to sit with him. Catherine did a thorough evaluation of how Henry sleeps/plays/eats throughout the day and recommended a new plan. The plan was very custom since everybody’s life is different which was the touch we were looking for vs what people read online. We eliminated pacifiers in the house for 2 boys and enforced some new sleeping schedules and our kids started sleeping through the night the first night we tried the plan! This new plan of no pacifiers, different nap, and modified sleep schedule even worked on a week long vacation a few weeks after starting it! He slept through the night in 3 different hotels and new environments with no wake up issues!”
