HERE IS WHAT BABY BEAR CAN HELP YOU WITH:
FREQUENT NIGHT WAKINGS
Once I receive your child’s assessment form, I will pinpoint what is causing the frequent night wakings. Most of the time, it is caused from inconsistent wake times during the day.
One of the most popular questions I get seems to be “When can I stop feeding by baby in the middle of the night?” We will work to determine when your baby is actually hungry or is only looking for a comfort feed. I will never stop all feeds immediately.
Babies that have formed bad sleep habits often have poor naps. Typically a 30-45 minute nap is not enough. I will show you how to improve your baby’s nap length and quality of sleep.
Do you find yourself replacing your baby’s pacifier all night long? My techniques will help decrease dependency on a pacifier. I have many different techniques for this issue, so getting rid of it is not the only option. Everything is based on your comfort level.
If your child is dependent on anything to fall asleep such as pacifier, nursing, rocking, car rides, etc., we will work on a step-by-step plan to eliminate this dependency to achieve independent sleep.
APPROPRIATE SLEEP SCHEDULES
A key component in successful sleep training is following appropriate sleep schedules. We’ll discuss how much sleep your baby should be getting in a 24-hour period, how many naps, when to wake them up and how long your baby should be awake in between sleep times.
EARLY MORNING WAKINGS
When a baby wakes earlier than 630-7am, I consider this an early morning waking. I will help you reset your baby’s schedule to obtain adequate sleep during the day to help them sleep longer.
AND MUCH MORE!
Every baby is different and has a unique sleep story. I'm looking forward to learning about your child and to help your family get the rest you deserve!
